3 MINUTE TIMERS

IESGA is introducing the use of 3 minute timers by the Speed Captains to assist in maintaining 'Fast Play' during our tournaments.  A tub of red timers will on the scorecard table where we are asking the Speed Captain (or someone in their group) to pick up (1) red timer for the group.  The Speed Captain shall use the timer whenever a player in their group is searching for their ball.  The 3 minute timer should be started at the time the player begins looking for their ball.  After (3) minutes the player must drop a ball.  Please return the red timers to the tub at the end of the round.
