Handicap Index is USGA Index plus 3 or IESGA Index (whichever index is lower)
NOTE: If your Handicap Index is 22 or great you will typically be in the D Flight. The Standard Tees for the D Flight are the FORWARD Tees. Select the PLAYING the STANDARD TEES option. You can then enter the Honey Pot and the Gross Skins.
